National DNC Registry
We honor the National Do Not Call Registry. However, when you submit your information on our Site and check the consent box, you provide express written consent to be contacted at the phone number provided, even if it is registered on the National DNC Registry. This consent overrides DNC restrictions for the marketing communications described.
Internal DNC List
We maintain an internal Do Not Call list. If you request not to be contacted, your phone number will be added within a reasonable time and retained for at least five years.
How to Be Added to Our DNC List
- Submit our Opt-Out form
- Email dnc@affordableseniorsinsurance.com with the phone number to suppress
- Verbally request to be added during any call from a licensed agent
Calling Hours
We and our marketing partners restrict outbound calls to between 8:00 AM and 9:00 PM local time of the called party, in compliance with the TSR.
Identification
All representatives identify themselves and the company they are calling on behalf of at the start of each call.
